Location of the building in connection to the city

The building has glass windows with a view over the city on all
4 sides. From the top fl oor almost all window have mountains as a
prominent element in the view. So the presence of nature is not only
evident walking the Innsbruck city streets, but is also a prominent
element in this building.

The city streets with its people and architecture

Walking the streets of Innsbruck I noticed the average age of
the inhabitants is high. There were a lot of tourists, especially
Chinese, amazing how tourism always parallels the world
economic developments. Most of the buildings are vernacular
Austrian architecture, plastered in earth colours, yellows and
reds. Houses are decorated with ornaments painted elements,
balconies, and fl owerpots with geraniums.
