Childrens Book 'Das Haus in den Wolken'
The collection of images made during the different stages of the art project ' Dolls Housing '
in Riem, München were the basis of the book “Das Haus in de Wolken”.
Irene Fortuyn asked writer K. Schippers to have a look at the images of
the progress of making the dolls houses and the exhibition in Riem in October 2001
and let the images be the inspiration for a story. This resulted in the text for
a children's book written in Dutch as “het Droomhuis' but first published in Germany
as ”das Haus in den Wolken”.
