In june 2001 Fortuyn/O'Brien made scale models in wood of some apartments of the newly constructed Messestadt area in Munich. These dolls houses were freely decorated by the children of the Messestadt kindergarten.
The dolls houses interiors were then - with all colorfull detail - blown up to life size again and exhibited in one of the real apartments.
The collection of images made during the different stages of the art project ' Dolls Housing ' in Riem, München were the basis of the book “Das Haus in de Wolken”.
