The beauty of the collection of art in the Peace Palace is that it represents fragments of the world at the time, and the way it was perceived and reflected upon by the artists.
Now almost a hundred years later a new wing is made and new art will be installed.
My desire is to propose a work which reflects on the way the world is perceived or devided now, and triggers a thought in the visitors that perceive it. I would also like the work to mark this period i.e. in a hundred years the work will tell something about this time.
On the other hand even if the starting point of my proposal is conceptual, I want its means to be very visual and in relation to the arts and crafts in the Peace Palace itself.
